Dan Loeb must know that 'Herbalife (HLF)' has been the front for racketeering.

In 1945, whilst most, contemporary mainstream commentators were unable to look beyond the ends of their noses, with a perfect sense of irony, Eric Arthur Blair a.k.a. 'George Orwell' (1903-1950) presented fact as fiction in an insightful 'fairy story' entitled, 'Animal Farm.' He revealed that totalitarianism is merely the oppressors' fiction mistaken for fact by the oppressed. In the same universal allegory, Orwell described how, at a time of vulnerability, almost any people's dream of a future, secure, Utopian existence can be hung over the entrance to a totalitarian deception. Indeed, the words that are always banished by totalitarian deceivers are, 'totalitarian' and 'deception.' Sadly, when it comes to examining the same enduring phenomenon, albeit with an ephemeral 'Capitalist' label, most contemporary, mainstream commentators have again been unable to look further than the ends of their noses. However, if they followed Orwell's example, and did some serious thinking, this is the reality-inverting nightmare they would find.

Anyone who has been following the 'Herbalife' Wall Street saga since December 2012, will be familiar with the names of its two leading characters: Bill Ackman and Carl Icahn. However, a third name has now reappeared - that of Dan Loeb.

Bill Ackman (estimated net worth: $1.2 billion).

Bill Ackman is the founder and boss of hedge fund firm, Pershing Square Capital. In December 2012, he revealed a massive short position in 'Herbalife,' whilst explaining in great detail that the company has fronted an unregulated pyramid scheme which has damaged countless vulnerable persons (particularly, in America's Hispanic community). As a result, the articificially-inflated market value of effectively-valueless 'Herbalife' shares immediately began to deflate. Without any attempt to refute Ackman's evidence-based analysis, Wall Street rivals, Dan Loeb and Carl Icahn, then stepped in and challenged Ackman, with Loeb revealing a long position in 'Herbalife,' and Icahn questioning Ackman's investment skills on a CNBC programme. As a result of Loeb and Icahn's attempts to ridicule Bill Ackman's openly-declared motivation to be a desire to protect the public, combined with the failure of US regulators to take immediate action in defence of the public, the market value of effectively-valueless 'Herbalife' shares began to re-inflate.
Carl Icahn
Net worth: $20 billion. Carl Icahn is the majority shareholder of 'Icahn Enterprises' (a holding company). During 2013, he began acquiring a significant position in effectively-valueless 'Herbalife' shares after personally attacking Bill Ackman on CNBC. He then triumphantly boasted that he'd made quarter of a billion dollars out of 'Herbalife's' re-inflation (July 2013), but he has not yet disclosed if this is a theoretical profit or if he has dumped his effectively-valueless 'Herbalife' shares. At no stage has Carl Icahn displayed the slightest concern for the victims of the version of the 'MLM income opportunity' lie entitled 'Herbalife.' Indeed, Icahn has openly declared his sole motivation to be a desire to make profits.

Dan Loeb
Net worth: $1.5 billion. Dan Loeb is the founder and boss of hedge fund firm 'Third Point.' He made headlines in early 2013, when he revealed that he had acquired a significant stake in 'Herbalife' immediately after Bill Ackman had explained that the company has been the effectively-valueless front for a pyramid scheme, and its articificially-inflated market value had begun to deflate. It was later disclosed that Loeb had, in fact, dumped his effectively-valueless 'Herbalife' shares for a tidy profit almost immediately. At no stage has Dan Loeb displayed the slightest concern for the victims of the version of the 'MLM income opportunity' lie entitled 'Herbalife.'  Indeed, Loeb has openly declared his sole motivation to be a desire to make profits.

This week, it was revealed that Dan Loeb has, in fact, posted a puerile joke about  the 'Herbalife' racket which has previously only been available to people trying to e-mail him via his Bloomberg terminal.

'New HLF product: The Herbalife Enema, administered by Uncle Carl.'

Thus, Dan Loeb is sniggering at Bill Ackman whom he now believes to be shitting himself, because, to date, he and Carl Icahn have got away with helping the highly-profitable 'Herbalife' racket to survive.

In reality, Dan Loeb is no fool. Like Carl Icahn, he must be secretly aware that he has made piles of cash unlawfully by openly investing in and, thus, effectively manipulating the market value of the effectively-valueless, counterfeit corporate front for an ongoing, major, organized crime group.

Stuart Pfeifer

Carl Icahn

In a recent article by Stuart Pfeifer of the Los Angeles Times, Carl Icahn is reported as having sarcastically thanked Bill Ackman for allowing him to make a quarter of a billion dollars though buying (and, therefore, presumably selling) shares in the legally-registered corporate structure known as'Herbalife (HLF).'

Bill Ackman

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-12-21/herbalife-bulls-take-on-short-ackman-after-pyramid-claim-retail.html

Mr. Icahn's profitable trade came in the wake of Mr. Ackman's public accusation (December 2012) that'Herbalife' is a fraudulent and, therefore, effectively-valueless, company, coupled with Mr. Ackman's  public declaration that he had, consequently, acquired a short-selling position against 'Herbalife' (on behalf of his own company, Pershing Square Capital) involving $1.2 billion.

Mr. Ackman's presentation of a detailed evidence-based analysis of the exploitative, hybrid pyramid/snake-oil selling scam which has lurked behind the reality-inverting 'Herbalife/direct selling'propaganda, initially produced a steep decline in the demonstrably-fraudulent company's artificially-inflated share value. However, the failure of US regulators to take immediate action has allowed the'Herbalife' racket to continue.

Seeing an opportunity to make easy money, during 2013, Mr. Icahn bought 16% of the 'Herbalife' racket's collapsing corporate front which he has helped artificially to re-inflate by publicly attacking Mr. Ackman's integrity whilst steadfastly pretending that all the accusations against 'Herbalife' are 'preposterous'. Tellingly, at no stage during this ongoing Wall Street saga has Mr. Icahn offered the slightest explanation as to why he believes Mr. Ackman's analysis of 'Herbalife' to be inaccurate

Self-evidently, it has been largely through Mr. Icahn's own much-publicised, but unqualified, support for the 'Herbalife' racket that he has been able to make quarter of a billion dollars. In other words, whilst federal regulators have failed to protect the public, a billionaire corporate raider has quite literally bought the power to maintain or destroy not just just the 'Herbalife' racket, but also the entire, criminogenic phenomenon of 'MLM income opportunity' racketeering. So far, apparently motivated purely by greed, Mr. Icahn has chosen to maintain it, for there is no way that he can be completely unaware of what has been lurking behind the so-called 'MLM/direct selling industry.'

Austrian Ministers refuse to identify what lurks behind the 'Lyoness' lie.

Gerhard Huber

The Lyoness Complaints Centre has reported that Austria's Finance and Justice Ministers have finally given responses to some technical questions about the 'Lyoness' racket. These were tabled two months ago by an extreme right wing member the Austrian parliament, Gerhard Huber.

In brief, due to the nature of the questions, the Ministers concerned have been allowed to behave like amoral robots - refusing to give a clear warning to the public on the grounds that since Austrian prosecutors are already investigating 'Lyoness,' statements by Ministers might compromise the investigation/prosecution and fall foul of Data Protection legislation.

http://cc-lyoness.blogspot.fr/2013/07/austria-denies-responsibility-for-its.html

Unfortunately, Herr Huber failed to ask any common-sense questions of these Ministers, such as:

  • Do you honestly believe that Austrian citizens, or indeed anyone, can generate extra income by handing over their money to 'Lyoness' and by trying to recruit everyone whom they know to do the same?

  • What would be your reaction if you witnessed that a member of your own family, or a close friend, had begun to hand over his/her money to 'Lyoness', and was trying to recruit everyone whom he/she knows to do the same - under the dangerous self-perpetuating delusion that this is 'a proven plan to achieve total financial freedom?'

  • Has anyone in the Justice and Finance Ministries considered the possibility that the author of the 'Lyoness' lie, Hubert Freidl, might be suffering from severe and inflexible Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and that his absurd, but nonetheless dangerous, paranoid delusions (in which he sees himself as a morally, and intellectually, perfect world economic-saviour who is being unjustly-attacked by lesser mortals) are potentially contagious?

  • Austrian Justice Minister, Beatrix Karl.
Austrian Finance Minister, Maria Theresia Fekter

All this makes me wonder how these morally, and intellectually, feeble Ministers have the cheek to cash their fat salary cheques; for, in theory, they have sworn an oath to protect their employers (the people of Austria), but, in order for them to do so, they will have to start looking beyond the ends of their noses and apply some serious thinking.

What can be deduced from this strangely-familiar, parliamentary tragicomedy, is that, in general, Austrian politicians are no different to any other elected representatives around the world; in that when they are faced with a dissimulated, totalitarian threat to democracy and the rule of law, but which they don't understand, instead of behaving like responsible adults and telling the truth, they behave like irresponsible children, by putting on a transparent act that they know exactly what they are doing.

It should be remembered that the ongoing, major, organized crime group known as 'Lyoness,' is neither original nor unique and, consequently, it cannot be fully-understood in isolation.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triquetra

'Lyoness' has been maliciously set up (exactly like the Italian-American 'Mafia', 'Scientology', 'Amway', 'Herbalife', 'Second KKK', 'Thule Society', 'Nazi Party', etc ) to a perverted, and mystifying, esoteric pattern designed to prevent, and/or divert, investigation and isolate its bosses from liability. It is no coincidence that Hubert Freidl chose the ancient, mystic name, 'Lyoness,' and the ancient, mystic symbol of the triquetra to hang on the external façade of his cultic racket.

The technical questions posed by Gerhard Huber, demonstrate that he probably doesn't yet fully-understand the ugly cultic phenomenon lurking inside the pretty corporate Trojan Horse of 'Lyoness.' However, the current (temporary) Austrian Finance Minister, Maria Theresia Fekter, and the current (temporary) Austrian Justice Minister, Beatrix Karl, have a severe conflict of interest when it comes to facing the pernicious cult hidden inside 'Lyoness.'

In simple terms, the truth remains unthinkable to members of the Austrian government and to the Austrian authorities, because they have not only completely failed to recognise this blame-the-victim cultic racket dressed-up as an 'innocent cash-back scheme and income opportunity,' and allowed it to grow unchallenged in their own land, but, by doing nothing, they have allowed it to spread all around the globe.

Given the tragic history of Austria in the mid 20th century, and the fact that familiar red-flags started to appear around Hubert Freidl even before he instigated 'Lyoness' , it seems inconceivable that today, Austria's elected leaders are again incapable of looking beyond the ends of their noses.

It would also be interesting to know just how deeply führer Freidl has managed to infiltrate Austrian politics.

'Herbalife (HLF)' racketeer, Michael Johnson, attempts to obstruct justice in Washington.

For a long time, I've been almost alone in explaining that the global labyrinth of legally-registered companies known as, 'Herbalife,' has actually been the reality-inverting corporate-front for an unoriginal, blame-the-victim, closed-market swindle, or pyramid scam, and related advance fee frauds (a.k.a. tool scams).

I've also been almost alone in explaining that the apparently absurd, reality-inverting reactions of persons like Michael Johnson to anyone challenging the authenticity of the pernicious 'Herbalife/ Multi-Level Marketing/  income opportunity' fairy story, have been a clear attempt to continue to commit fraud, and to obstruct justice, which forms part of an overall pattern of ongoing, major, racketeering activity (as defined by the US federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 1970).

    http://www.forbes.com/sites/paulhodgson/2013/01/09/pyramid-ceo-compensation-at-herbalife/

Readers should remember that Mr. Johnson's inflexible behaviour is entirely-predictable, because it is based on the fact that, whilst a never-ending chain comprising millions of ill-informed people have lost their cash by falling for the 'Herbalife Income opportunity' lie, he's been making fortunes by peddling it and hiding its catastrophic results. In a 12 month period, Mr. Johnson personally took more than 80 millions stolen dollars out of the 'Herbalife' racket. Indeed, the idea that any inflexible 'MLM' bullshit (like that contained in the above propaganda videos) has ever had any connection with quantifiable reality, is laughable.

    http://www.nypost.com/p/news/business/balm_blows_up_68kAXRa8cZ1WpVKmg8NPgN

Recently, Michael Johnson has been in Washington DC, in an increasingly-desperate attempt to prevent investigation of the pyramid scam aspect of the 'Herbalife' racket by the Federal Trade Commission .

Mr. Johnson's recent trip to Washington and his employing of 'Olgivy Government Relations' (all of which has been paid for with stolen money) also forms part of an overall pattern of ongoing, major, racketeering activity.

    http://articles.latimes.com/2013/jun/14/business/la-fi-herbalife-ftc-20130614

These classic cultic manoeuvres came in the wake of the news that sisters, Linda and Loretta Sanchez (both of whom currently sit in the US Congress where they represent California constituencies with a large proportion of Hispanic voters),  have recently become involved in petitioning the FTC to launch an investigation of 'Herbalife.'

Michael Johnson and his criminal associates have already admitted that a staggering 61% of 'Herbalife's' constantly-churning following in the USA, has lately comprised Hispanics.

The targeting of ill-informed Hispanics in the USA also explains why the bosses of the 'Herbalife' racket have been so keen to co-opt Hispanic soccer clubs and soccer stars.
